Authorities are urgently seeking help from the public to locate an 84-year-old woman from Altadena who has been missing for nearly four months. Theresa Warrior, last seen in the 300 block of West Palm Street, was reported missing on Sunday, with family members and law enforcement expressing deep concern for her safety.
Warrior’s last known communication with her family was on the morning of October 1, 2024. She resides in the Eaton Fire zone, which may have caused her to be displaced by the fire, according to officials.
Described as a Black female, Warrior is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 135 pounds, has short black hair, and brown eyes. She could be traveling in her 2006 Honda Accord, black in color, with California license plate #5TYL816.

Due to the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, Warrior has been classified as an “at-risk” individual. This classification applies to someone who may require urgent medical attention, is a potential crime victim, or may be mentally impaired and unable to care for herself.
Family members are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department urges anyone who has seen Warrior or has relevant details to contact their Missing Person’s Detail at 323-890-5500.
