27-Year-Old Woman Missing in San Bernardino County for Almost a Month

Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 27-year-old woman who has been missing from San Bernardino County for nearly a month.

Elle Shay Francis was last seen on December 28 near the intersection of Duffy Street and 3rd Avenue in the Muscoy area, which is unincorporated. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Francis was seen getting into a white Chevy two-door work truck, possibly from the late 1990s or early 2000s, with an unidentified male driver.

The Sheriff’s Department has released several images of Francis in an effort to gather leads, but few additional details have been disclosed about her disappearance.

Francis is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black shirt, black leggings, black sandals, and white socks at the time of her disappearance.
