Who Qualifies for a Payout?
The settlement covers individuals whose personal data was compromised, particularly those who received a data breach notification or had their information exposed on or around December 27, 2023.

- Up to $500 for ordinary out-of-pocket expenses, including costs related to bank fees, credit monitoring, and communication charges.
- Up to $7,500 for extraordinary out-of-pocket expenses, such as losses linked to fraud or identity theft.
- An additional $50 for affected California residents.
- Two years of credit monitoring, which includes three-bureau credit reports, dark web surveillance, real-time alerts, and $1 million in identity theft insurance.
How to File a Claim
To qualify for a payout, claimants must provide documentation proving financial losses, such as bank statements, credit card records, or phone bills.
The deadline to submit a claim is February 4, 2025, while the final approval hearing is set for February 24, 2025.

Another major settlement is available for individuals affected by Daily Harvest’s French Lentil + Leek Crumbles recall in 2022. The product was found to contain tara flour, an ingredient allegedly contaminated with salmonella, leading to widespread food poisoning cases.
The FDA reported 393 illnesses, with 133 hospitalizations across 36 states. Consumers who suffered health issues or financial losses may qualify for compensation based on severity of their injuries:
- Category 1A: Up to $665 for individuals who incurred monetary damages due to another person’s illness.
- Category 1B: Up to $1,335 for those who experienced personal injury but did not seek medical treatment.
- Category 2: Up to $20,000 for individuals who required medical care but were not hospitalized.
- Category 3: Up to $40,000 for those who were hospitalized.
- Category 4: Up to $173,000 for individuals who had to undergo gallbladder removal surgery due to the contamination.
