Authorities are investigating a shooting that left a man wounded inside his vehicle in the Harvard Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles early Wednesday morning.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire near West Pico Boulevard and South Ardmore Avenue at approximately 12:45 a.m., according to an LAPD spokesperson.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a man inside a four-door Hyundai sedan suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Officers immediately removed him from the vehicle and provided aid until Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics arrived.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
Authorities are currently searching for three suspects in connection with the shooting. However, no details about the suspects or a possible getaway vehicle have been released.
Investigators have not yet determined whether the incident is gang-related.
