Southern California Weather Alert: Rain to Soak LA This Weekend

Southern California will experience a blend of sunshine, clouds, and occasional showers over the coming days, with fluctuating temperatures expected.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Friday will start with morning drizzle, followed by partly sunny skies in the afternoon. Temperatures will peak at 62°F (17°C) before dipping to 48°F (9°C) overnight.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny, with highs reaching 67°F (19°C) and lows around 51°F (10°C). Sunday will bring slightly warmer conditions, with a high of 68°F (20°C) and an overnight low of 48°F (9°C).

As the new week begins, Monday and Tuesday will feature partly sunny skies, with daytime highs in the mid-60s°F (17-18°C) and nighttime temperatures in the upper 40s°F (8-9°C).

While no major storms are in the forecast, light rain and drizzle on Friday morning could impact road conditions. Drivers should allow extra travel time and keep an umbrella handy.
