Hurry! Last Chance to Claim Your Share of $3.25M Data Breach Payout

Thousands of Americans could qualify for a cash payout of up to $5,000 as part of a $3.25 million data breach settlement involving Progressive Insurance.

With the claim deadline approaching, affected individuals are urged to check their eligibility and submit their applications. In many cases, a simple receipt or documentation is all that’s needed to qualify.

Who Is Eligible?

The lawsuit alleges that Progressive failed to protect sensitive customer information, including Social Security numbers and financial account details, due to a third-party call center data breach that took place between May 2021 and May 2023.

Although Progressive denied any wrongdoing, the company agreed to a multi-million dollar settlement to resolve the claims.

How Much Can You Claim?

  • Up to $5,000 is available for those who can provide documented losses, such as:
    • Fraudulent charges
    • Identity theft damages
    • Credit monitoring expenses
  • Those without documented losses may still receive a cash payout, but the amount depends on how many claims are filed and the remaining settlement funds.
