LOS ANGELES, CA – A man was stabbed inside a 7-Eleven in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday morning, prompting an investigation by authorities.
The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. at the convenience store located at 848 W. 7th St., near Figueroa Avenue, according to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Officer Chavez. By the time officers arrived, the suspect had already fled the scene, heading east on 7th Street.

The victim, a man estimated to be around 60 years old, suffered stab wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. His current condition remains unknown.
Authorities have not yet released a description of the suspect, and the motive behind the attack is still under investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles Police Department.
