A hospital in Los Angeles is asking for assistance in identifying a man who has been hospitalized for over a month with no known family or personal identification.
The unidentified patient was discovered on Jan. 19 in the San Gabriel area and was transported to Los Angeles General Medical Center, where he remains under medical care. Hospital staff said he did not have any personal belongings that could provide clues to his identity.

Described as a 72-year-old man, he is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs around 142 pounds, and has brown eyes with gray and black hair. The nature of his injuries has not been disclosed.
Hospital officials are hoping to locate any relatives or loved ones who may recognize him.
