How Much Can You Claim?

  • Compensation for Time Spent: Claimants can seek payment for up to four hours spent resolving issues related to the breach, at a rate of $30 per hour. This reimbursement is included in the $400 cap.
  • Extraordinary Losses: Those who suffered significant financial harm, such as identity theft or fraud, can request up to $4,500 in additional compensation.
  • General Cash Payment: Individuals who were affected but did not incur financial losses can still receive a flat payment of $115.
  • Credit Monitoring: Eligible class members can also opt for two years of free credit monitoring services.
