A road rage incident in Palmdale took a shocking turn when authorities uncovered a stash of illegal firearms, explosives, and a stolen motorcycle at the suspect’s home.
Investigation Uncovers Dangerous Arsenal
The case began when deputies from the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station received reports of a man brandishing a handgun at a female driver during a road rage altercation. Following the report, investigators secured a search warrant for the suspect’s residence, located on the 37500 block of Sparrow Drive.
On Tuesday morning, law enforcement executed the search warrant, leading to a disturbing discovery. Inside the home, deputies found multiple firearms, including illegally modified assault weapons, high-capacity magazines, and body armor. Hundreds of rounds of ammunition and a stash of narcotics were also seized. Additionally, a stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle was recovered from the property.

Explosives and Illegal Firearm Manufacturing
While searching the suspect’s vehicle, deputies located the handgun believed to have been used in the road rage incident. More alarmingly, they also discovered a homemade explosive device, commonly referred to as a pipe bomb.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Arson Explosives Detail was called to the scene to safely neutralize and remove the device. Investigators also found evidence suggesting the suspect had been illegally manufacturing firearms and weapon components.
Suspects Face Multiple Felony Charges
The male suspect, along with a woman identified as his girlfriend, was arrested at the home. Both were charged with multiple felony weapons violations, as neither was legally permitted to own or possess firearms or ammunition.
In addition, the man faces charges related to stolen property possession and unlawful possession of an explosive device.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not yet disclosed further details.
