Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting after a man was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds in Cerritos on Tuesday afternoon.
Investigation Underway
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the Coyote Creek Riverbed area, just west of Carmenita Road.
Upon arrival, deputies found a male victim who had suffered gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No Suspects Identified Yet
Law enforcement officials have not released any details regarding potential suspects or the circumstances leading up to the shooting. The victim’s identity has also not been disclosed.
