Last Chance: Claim Up to $25 from $32.8M Data Breach Settlement – No Proof Needed

Thousands of Americans may be eligible to claim a payment of up to $25 from a $32.8 million class action settlement, but time is running out to apply.

This settlement stems from a 2021 data breach involving ParkMobile, a popular parking payment app. Affected users have until May 5, 2025, to submit their claims, and no proof of record is required to qualify.

What Happened?

A class action lawsuit alleged that ParkMobile failed to implement sufficient cybersecurity measures, leading to the exposure of user data in 2021. The company, while denying any wrongdoing, agreed to settle for $32.8 million in cash and account credits.

Who Can File a Claim?

Individuals eligible for compensation must have received a data breach notification from ParkMobile in 2021. Claimants can receive:

  • Up to $25 in cash from a $9 million cash fund
  • A $1 account credit from a $21 million credit pool (for those opting out of cash payments)

Those who do not select a cash payout will automatically receive an email with a credit code after the claims period closes.

Deadline to Apply

To receive compensation, eligible ParkMobile users must submit a valid claim form by May 5, 2025.
