DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, (Thechieftainspear) — Authorities are investigating the tragic death of a 20-year-old man who fell from a parking structure in the early hours of Friday morning.
Emergency responders were called to the 800 block of Grand Avenue at approximately 2:45 a.m., where they found the victim unresponsive. Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department pronounced him dead at the scene.

Investigators believe the young man may have lost his footing while on the top level of the parking garage. A sergeant, speaking off-camera, indicated that initial reports suggest he slipped off a railing.
Several friends who were present at the time are assisting with the investigation. Surveillance footage from the location has also been obtained to help determine the circumstances leading up to the fall.
Authorities do not suspect foul play. Preliminary findings indicate that the group may have been recording TikTok videos on the rooftop before the accident occurred .
