(Thechieftainspear) – Authorities have arrested a 20-year-old nursing home worker in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a patient at a Glendale care facility.
Larry Stanfill, a certified nursing assistant from Tujunga, was taken into custody on Feb. 21 following an investigation into reported abuse at Glendale Post Acute Center, where he had been employed since November 2024, according to Glendale police.
Officials allege that Stanfill sexually assaulted a patient on at least two occasions while working at the facility. Investigators also determined that he previously worked at multiple convalescent care centers, including:
- Chandler Convalescent Hospital in Glendale (August 2021 – May 2023)
- Pasadena Park Healthcare and Wellness Center in Pasadena (May 2023 – August 2024)
- An unidentified facility in El Monte (August 2024 – October 2024)

Following his arrest, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Elder Abuse Division filed multiple charges against him for sexually abusing a medically incapacitated or seriously disabled person in an institutional setting.
Stanfill was released on bond, but authorities believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
