California (Thechieftainspear) – T-Mobile customers impacted by the massive 2021 data breach can expect to receive their settlement payouts starting in April 2025. The $350 million settlement, finalized in 2022, was established following a major cyberattack that exposed sensitive personal information—including names, addresses, and Social Security numbers—of roughly 76 million individuals across the country.

Eligible customers were notified of the settlement in 2022, though some may have lost track of the process over time. Those who submitted proof of financial losses linked to the breach, such as costs for identity theft protection or fraud recovery, could receive as much as $25,000. Customers without documented losses may be entitled to payments of up to $25, while California residents affected by the breach could receive up to $100.
