Orange County(Thechieftainspear) – A motorcyclist lost his life in a crash late Saturday night in Fullerton, according to police.
The incident occurred around 10:03 p.m. near the intersection of North Euclid Street and West Valencia Mesa Drive. Officers responding to the scene discovered a man lying in the northbound lanes of Euclid next to a gray Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Emergency personnel pronounced the rider deceased at the scene. His identity has not yet been released as authorities work to notify his family.
Preliminary findings suggest that excessive speed played a role in the crash. Officials say the motorcyclist lost control and collided with the curb along the east side of northbound Euclid.
Investigators have not yet determined whether alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash, and no further details were immediately available .
