Orange County Tragedy: Mother Arrested After 11-Year-Old Stabbed to Death

Orange County(Thechieftainspear) – Authorities are investigating after an 11-year-old boy was found stabbed to death inside a Santa Ana hotel room on Wednesday morning.

Santa Ana police responded to a distress call from a woman at the La Quinta Inn, located at 2721 Hotel Terrace, around 9:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they discovered the child suffering from multiple stab wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The boy’s mother, who made the initial call to police, was taken into custody. However, authorities later transported her to a nearby hospital after she appeared to have ingested an unknown substance.

Detectives are working to determine the circumstances leading up to the fatal stabbing. No further details have been released as the investigation remains active.
