Huntington Beach(Thechieftainspear) – Authorities in Huntington Beach have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that left two individuals wounded on the night of March 16.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire near Mandrell Drive and Koledo Lane around 8:50 p.m., where they discovered two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to local hospitals and are expected to recover.
The suspect had fled the scene before law enforcement arrived. Following an investigation, police identified 27-year-old Raul Bustillos of Huntington Beach as the alleged shooter. He was later located and taken into custody.

While authorities have not confirmed a motive, they are exploring the possibility that the shooting was gang-related. Investigators are also working to determine whether additional suspects may have been involved.
The victims’ identities have not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
