Tragic Discovery: Body Found on United Airlines Christmas Eve Flight

A tragic discovery occurred on a United Airlines flight from Chicago to Maui on Christmas Eve. Upon arrival at Kahului Airport in Maui on Tuesday, a body was found in the wheel well of one of the main landing gears of the aircraft.

Flight 202 had departed O’Hare Airport at 9:30 a.m. on December 24 and landed at Maui’s Kahului Airport at 2:12 p.m. local time, according to the airline’s records. The body was discovered after the plane had arrived and was in the wheel well, which could only be accessed from the outside of the aircraft.

The aircraft in question was a Boeing 787-10, and an investigation into the incident is currently underway. United Airlines confirmed the discovery to Fox News Digital, but has not yet provided further details.
