1 Dead, 3 Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Crash in Northridge

(Thechieftainspear) – A tragic crash in Northridge on Wednesday evening claimed the life of a motorcyclist and left three others hospitalized with serious injuries, authorities said.

The collision occurred just after 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Tampa Avenue and Lassen Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Sky5 aerial footage captured the aftermath of the violent crash, showing a Toyota sedan and a Ford SUV that had collided head-on. The motorcyclist involved was thrown from the bike and died at the scene, police confirmed.

The identities of those involved have not been released. The three other individuals were taken to a local hospital in serious condition. The motorcycle was completely destroyed, and both cars suffered significant damage.

Investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash. At this time, it’s unclear how the incident unfolded or whether speed or other factors played a role.
