(Thechieftainspear) – Authorities are investigating a double homicide after two men were discovered with fatal gunshot wounds along a desolate road in the Antelope Valley on Sunday morning.
Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched just before 9:30 a.m. to an area near 47th Street East and Avenue V-4 in Palmdale, following a report of a traffic collision with injuries. Upon arrival, deputies and emergency crews from the L.A. County Fire Department found two men on the property suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims, described only as Hispanic males, were pronounced dead at the scene, officials confirmed in a statement.

The remote stretch of land where the bodies were found lies roughly seven miles from Littlerock. Investigators have not shared whether any vehicles were discovered nearby, nor have they released any details about the victims’ identities or whether the two were known to each other.
It remains unclear if any weapons were recovered at the scene, and officials have not disclosed any potential leads or suspects at this time.
