Triple Homicide in Baldwin Park: Suspect Arrested After Family Members Found Dead

Baldwin Park – A man has been arrested in connection with the deaths of three family members inside their Baldwin Park home.

Baldwin Park Police responded to a call about a disturbance at a residence on the 4700 block of Bogart Avenue around 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Inside the house, officers discovered the bodies of two women and one man, all of whom had sustained multiple stab wounds to their upper bodies.

When police arrived, they spotted a vehicle speeding out of the driveway. The driver, who later crashed into a cul-de-sac, was detained as a “person of interest.” The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department subsequently arrested and booked the individual, a 23-year-old Asian male, on murder charges.

Suspect Related to Victims

Authorities confirmed that the suspect lived in the home and was related to the victims.

“This was not a random act of violence,” said Lieutenant Michael Monica of the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau. “We need to determine the relationships and the associations involved as part of the investigation.”

Investigation Ongoing

The identities of the victims and a potential motive have not yet been released.
