Stephenie Conley  is the publications adviser at Bellevue East, she has been teaching 13 years. As an Air Force veteran, she took a non-traditional path to becoming a teacher. Conley feels that she can bring a unique mix of experience to the teaching and advising table. She obtained her undergrad from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in secondary education with endorsements in journalism and English, and minors in mass communications and English. She obtained her master’s in curriculum and instruction through Doane University. Conley is a nationally certified master journalism educator through the Journalism Education Association, and a JEA certified mentor.  She teaches video production, journalistic writing, digital design, photography, media production, advanced digital design newspaper, and advanced digital design yearbook. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family!
