A body discovered on the rocks below one of Minnesota’s most dramatic cliffs has been identified — and authorities are now working to determine exactly what led to the fatal incident.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the victim is Seth Pipho, a man from Minneapolis.
What we know: A ranger at Tettegouche State Park made the grim discovery Wednesday afternoon, finding the man’s body on the rocks at the base of Palisade Head — a towering cliff located approximately 58 miles northeast of Duluth along Minnesota’s scenic North Shore.
