Tuesday is kicking off with bright sunshine, though a few clouds are expected to roll in by the afternoon. High temperatures will top out in the upper 70s inland, while coastal areas will stay cooler, hovering around 70 degrees down the shore.
Stepping Up the Heat
The weather pattern will gradually warm up as the week progresses, setting up a hot weekend:

- Thursday through Saturday: Highs will surge into the upper 80s and low 90s.
