Eleven people accused of involvement in a large methamphetamine trafficking operation in southeastern Oklahoma have pleaded guilty to federal charges following a lengthy investigation by law enforcement agencies.
Authorities say the case centers on an alleged drug distribution network that operated between June 2024 and October 2025, moving significant quantities of methamphetamine throughout Oklahoma and other areas.
Eight defendants pleaded guilty to one count of drug conspiracy:
- Meagon Rashel Box, 39, of Atoka
- Leslie Gale Bellettini, 67, of Coalgate
- Jerry Lee Grist, 66, of Atoka
- Dean Dewayne Henslee, 52, of Idabel
- Angie Eulalia Nunez, also known as Angie Farrell, 51, of Durant
- Shawnda La Dawn Russell, 56, of Ada
- Raymond Erwin Welch, 58, of Dallas
- Willa Margarette Wear, 47, of Atoka
Federal prosecutors say each of the eight defendants faces a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison and fines of up to $10 million.
Three additional defendants entered guilty pleas on related charges.
Glenn Roger Hyde, 65, of Ada, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He could face up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
David George Nunez, 56, of Durant, also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He faces the same maximum penalties of up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Tommy Blake McCary, 74, of Wright City, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. Prosecutors say he faces up to 15 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
Investigators allege the conspiracy involved the distribution of more than 550 grams of methamphetamine during the course of the operation.
The investigation was led by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and involved a coalition of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies. Officials said 15 agencies participated in the case, including the FBI, DEA, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and several county sheriff’s offices.
Sentencing dates for the defendants have not yet been announced.
