One person is dead after a wrong-way crash on Highway 121 near Sylvania early Saturday. A second driver was rushed to the hospital. Police are still investigating — and they haven’t said yet who was driving the wrong way.
Fort Worth officers arrived at the scene Saturday morning to find two vehicles badly damaged from the head-on-style collision. One driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken to a nearby hospital for injuries that have not been publicly detailed.
Investigators have not yet revealed which vehicle was going the wrong direction on the highway at the time of impact — a detail that could be central to the case.
The crash remains under active investigation by Fort Worth police.
